Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quantum Jetset website, submitting an enquiry, booking a call, purchasing a service, downloading a resource, communicating with us, or otherwise engaging with Quantum Jetset, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website, submit information through it, or purchase services from us.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any separate written proposal, scope of work, service agreement, invoice, or engagement letter issued to you.

Section 2

Nature of Our Services

Quantum Jetset provides relocation planning, destination research, lifestyle planning, residency pathway information, cost-of-living comparisons, relocation roadmaps, concierge-style coordination, and introductions to relevant third-party professionals for individuals considering a move from the United States to Europe.

Our services may include, depending on the engagement:

  • General destination research and comparison.
  • Relocation planning and roadmap preparation.
  • Residency pathway overview and document-readiness guidance.
  • Cost-of-living analysis and lifestyle planning.
  • Scouting-trip planning support.
  • Coordination with third-party professionals such as immigration lawyers, tax advisers, real estate agents, insurance brokers, relocation agents, school consultants, or other local partners.
  • General guidance on practical matters such as housing, healthcare access, banking preparation, pet relocation, transport, and community fit.

Important: Quantum Jetset is a planning, research, and coordination service. We do not act as your immigration lawyer, tax adviser, financial adviser, investment adviser, accountant, real estate broker, insurance broker, or regulated professional unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and permitted by law.

Section 3

Not Legal, Tax, Immigration, Financial, or Investment Advice

The information provided by Quantum Jetset is for general planning and educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, investment, accounting, insurance, or professional advice.

Residency programmes, visa rules, tax regimes, treaty interpretations, property rules, healthcare access, insurance requirements, and government processing practices change frequently. Information on this website or in our materials may become outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances.

You are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified and licensed professionals before making decisions, submitting applications, changing tax residency, purchasing property, transferring funds, signing leases, resigning from employment, relocating family members, or otherwise acting on relocation plans.

  • Immigration and residency matters should be confirmed with licensed immigration counsel in the relevant country.
  • Tax matters should be confirmed with qualified cross-border tax advisers familiar with both U.S. and destination-country tax rules.
  • Investment, pension, Social Security, healthcare, insurance, and estate planning matters should be confirmed with qualified advisers.
  • Property transactions should be reviewed by local legal counsel and regulated property professionals where applicable.
Section 4

Client Eligibility and Suitability

Our services are intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into contracts. By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate an engagement where we believe that:

  • The requested service is outside our scope or competence.
  • Your goals require professional advice that you are unwilling to obtain.
  • Your circumstances appear unsuitable for the relocation route you are seeking.
  • You provide inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading information.
  • Your request involves unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct.
  • Continuing the engagement would create an unreasonable risk for you, us, or any third-party professional.
Section 5

Consultations, Proposals, and Engagements

A discovery call, consultation, email exchange, or website enquiry does not automatically create a client relationship or oblige us to provide services. A formal engagement begins only when we accept your request, agree the scope of work, and where applicable receive payment or written acceptance of our proposal.

Any proposal, roadmap package, consultation package, or custom engagement may set out:

  • The services included.
  • The services excluded.
  • Estimated timelines.
  • Required client information and documents.
  • Fees, deposits, payment schedule, and payment method.
  • Third-party costs, professional fees, government fees, translation costs, or filing charges not included in our fee.
  • Cancellation, refund, or rescheduling rules specific to that engagement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement or formal proposal issued by us, the more specific written agreement or proposal will control for that engagement.

Section 6

Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Fees for our services will be stated on the website, in a proposal, in an invoice, or in a separate written communication. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in euro and are payable in full before work begins.

You agree to pay all fees, charges, and applicable taxes associated with the services you purchase. You are also responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion costs, payment processing fees, or card charges imposed by your provider.

Third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated. These may include, without limitation, legal fees, tax adviser fees, government filing fees, visa fees, translation or apostille costs, courier fees, property agent fees, insurance premiums, travel costs, and other professional or administrative costs.

Payment of our fee does not guarantee a visa approval, tax outcome, property result, appointment availability, government response, or third-party professional outcome.

Section 7

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by service type. Any specific terms stated in a booking page, proposal, invoice, or engagement letter will apply to that service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Discovery calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
  • Paid consultations may be rescheduled once if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be treated as delivered and non-refundable.
  • Custom research, roadmap preparation, document review, planning work, and concierge coordination may become non-refundable once work has started.
  • Digital downloads, reports, templates, or resources may be non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under Irish or applicable consumer protection law.

Section 8

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your decisions, documents, applications, finances, tax filings, travel arrangements, property choices, family arrangements, and compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
  • Tell us promptly if your circumstances change.
  • Review all materials we provide and raise questions before acting.
  • Obtain professional advice where required.
  • Meet all government, visa, residency, tax, healthcare, insurance, and travel requirements.
  • Check official government sources and professional advice before submitting applications or making binding commitments.
  • Respect deadlines, appointment times, payment dates, and document requests.
  • Use our materials only for your own personal or internal planning purposes.

We are not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate information, delayed responses, missing documents, undisclosed facts, failure to obtain professional advice, or actions you take without confirming suitability.

Section 9

Third-Party Professionals, Partners, and Services

As part of our services, we may suggest, introduce, coordinate with, or refer you to third-party professionals or service providers. These may include immigration lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, real estate agents, relocation specialists, insurance brokers, mortgage advisers, pet relocation providers, travel providers, notaries, translators, schools, or local consultants.

Third-party professionals are independent from Quantum Jetset unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not control their advice, fees, timelines, availability, regulatory status, client acceptance decisions, or outcomes.

You are responsible for deciding whether to engage any third-party provider, reviewing their terms, confirming their qualifications, understanding their fees, and entering into a separate agreement with them where applicable.

Any third-party introduction is not a guarantee of suitability, approval, performance, or result. We may receive referral fees or commercial benefits from some partners where permitted by law and where disclosed as required.

Section 10

No Guarantees of Outcome

We aim to provide careful research, practical guidance, and well-structured planning support. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • Visa, residency, citizenship, or tax-status approval.
  • Eligibility for any programme, permit, tax regime, or residence route.
  • Processing times, appointment availability, or government response times.
  • Property availability, rental approval, purchase approval, or financing.
  • Employment, business, investment, tax, immigration, healthcare, insurance, or lifestyle outcomes.
  • That a country, city, residency pathway, tax regime, or relocation plan will remain unchanged.
  • That any estimate, budget, rent figure, healthcare premium, or cost-of-living figure will match your actual costs.

Relocation decisions involve personal, legal, financial, emotional, lifestyle, family, health, and market risks. You accept that final decisions remain yours.

Section 11

Website Content and Accuracy

The content on this website is provided for general information and planning purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and useful, we do not warrant that the website or any content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your circumstances.

Country pages, visa descriptions, tax summaries, cost-of-living tables, healthcare descriptions, residency pathway summaries, and similar content are indicative only. They should not be relied on as professional advice or as a substitute for official government information or advice from qualified professionals.

We may update, change, remove, or replace website content at any time without notice.

We may suspend access, refuse service, terminate an engagement, preserve evidence, or report conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Section 14

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Jetset and Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the website, content, services, third-party introductions, and materials provided.

We are not liable for losses arising from:

  • Your reliance on general information without obtaining professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the website, services, content, or an engagement will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Section 15

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under Irish or other applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unfair, invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally possible.

If you purchase services from us as a business, professional, company, partnership, or other non-consumer capacity, consumer protections may not apply to the same extent.

Section 16

Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Where you send sensitive information, immigration history, financial details, family details, health information, or identity documents, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and that you have authority to share it. We may use secure third-party tools to manage communications, forms, bookings, payments, documents, analytics, or email delivery.

Section 17

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including government action, legal changes, technology failure, cyber incidents, platform downtime, natural disasters, illness, war, civil unrest, strikes, travel disruption, power failure, telecommunications failure, banking disruption, or failure by third-party service providers.

Section 18

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

For active paid engagements, the Terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply unless a change is required by law, relates to website use, or is otherwise agreed with you.

Section 19

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the website, or our services, are governed by the laws of Ireland.
