AI Transparency Statement

How we use AI tools, where a person always checks the work, and how we label anything made with AI.

Who we are

Quantum Jetset is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (Company No. 726999, 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland). The EU Artificial Intelligence Act includes transparency duties that apply from August 2, 2026. This statement explains how we use AI, so you can judge our work with that in mind.

Section 2

Our principles

  • A person is responsible for everything we publish or deliver.
  • Facts about visas, tax, costs and healthcare come from official sources, which we cite and date. AI output is never a source.
  • AI is never used to make decisions about you.
  • We tell you when something is made with AI.
Section 3

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools, including Claude, made by Anthropic, to help us:

  • find and organize official sources for research;
  • draft and edit text, which a person then checks against the sources and rewrites where needed; and
  • build and check website code, tables and spreadsheets.

We do not use AI tools to create images for our site.

Section 4

Human review

Before anything is published or sent to you, a person checks every fact against its official source, adds the date it was checked, and flags anything that could not be confirmed. Our country guides and roadmaps are reviewed in full before delivery. AI can be wrong, and we treat its output as a draft, never as advice.

Section 5

Your personal data

We do not enter your name, contact details or personal circumstances into AI tools. When we use AI to help draft a roadmap or guide, we work with general facts about countries and routes, not with your personal details.

Section 6

Labeling of AI-generated media and chat

  • Images. The photographs on our site are real photographs. We do not use AI-generated images. If that ever changes, the image will be labeled "Illustration created with AI" in its caption or its description. We never use AI images of people presented as clients or staff.
  • Chat. We do not run a chatbot today. If we add one, it will tell you clearly that you are talking to an AI system, and you will always be able to reach a person.
  • Voice and video. We do not publish AI-generated voices or videos presented as real people.
