Who we are

Quantum Jetset is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (Company No. 726999, 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland). Contact: [email protected].

By buying a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the files. These terms apply to every digital product we sell: our Country Relocation Guides, the Relocation Planner and the Scouting Trip Planner. Our Terms of Service cover our planning services.

What you get

• One download (.zip file) containing the files listed on the product page, usually a PDF guide, an Excel workbook and a Word document.
• Each product shows its edition date (month and year) on the product page, on the cover and in every file. The information is checked against official sources up to that date, and the sources are listed inside.
• To open the files you need a PDF reader and a program that opens Excel and Word files (for example Microsoft Office, Apple Numbers and Pages, or Google Sheets and Docs). The Office files use Georgia and Arial if our brand fonts are not on your computer.

Price and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on each product page. The price shown is the total you pay us.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card statement and receipt will show MEGACOMMERCIALENT, the payment name of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
• Our products are intended for people aged 18 and over.
• Any taxes due in your own country are yours.
• If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the purchase and refund you in full before the download is supplied. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where sanctions or the law prevent the sale, or where we cannot verify the buyer; if nothing has been supplied you are refunded in full.
• If you buy for a business, trade or profession, you are not a consumer: the consumer rights in these terms do not apply to you, there is no right of withdrawal, and section 11 applies in full.
• The contract is made when your payment is accepted. Stripe then sends your receipt by email, and we send a confirmation email with your download link and these terms.

Instant access and your right of withdrawal

Your download is supplied immediately at your request. When you check the box at checkout, you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

At checkout you check a box that says:

"This is a digital download. By ticking this box you agree to the Quantum Jetset Digital Product Terms (quantumjetset.com/digital-product-terms), ask us to deliver it immediately, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. If a file is defective, your statutory remedies are unaffected."

The box names this page. We confirm your request and acknowledgement in the confirmation email we send after your payment.

If a file is faulty

Your files must be as described, work as they should, and open with the software listed above. If a file is missing, damaged, will not open, or does not match the description, tell us at [email protected]. We will replace it free of charge. If a fault cannot be corrected, the remedies given to consumers by law apply; they are not affected by the withdrawal waiver.

Editions and corrections

• Each product is a dated edition: the date its rules and figures were checked is on the cover and on the product page.
• When rules or figures change in a way that matters, we may publish a new edition with a new date. New editions are sold separately at the price shown at the time; they are not sent free to earlier buyers.
• If you find an error in your file, email us and we send a corrected copy free.

Information, not advice

Our guides and planners are general information to help you plan and ask better questions. They are not legal, tax, immigration, financial or investment advice, and they cannot take account of your personal situation. Rules change after the edition date; always check the official sources listed and speak to a qualified professional before you act. No one can guarantee a visa, a tax result or a cost level, and our products do not. See our Disclaimer.

How you may use the files

When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for yourself and your household, and to share them with your own lawyer, tax adviser or other professional advising you.

You may not:

• resell, give away, share or post the files, or links to them, online or in groups;
• copy them into other products, courses or websites;
• remove our name, edition date or notices from them; or
• use them to train or feed an AI system that others can access.

One license covers one person and their household; a business needs a license for each person who uses the files. You may not use the files to build a competing product. The license ends automatically if you breach it.

The files remain the property of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited.

Downloading and keeping your files

After payment you are taken straight to your download page. Your download link works for 30 days and for up to 10 downloads. Please save the .zip file to your own device. If you lose it within 12 months, email us with your receipt and we will send a new link.

We send the download link and confirmation to the email address you give at checkout, so keep it accurate and check your spam folder. If you dispute a payment with your card issuer instead of contacting us, your license ends and we may give Stripe evidence that the files were supplied. Please contact us first; we resolve most problems within days.

Credit against our services

If you book a Strategy Session or a Relocation Roadmap within 60 days of buying a guide, we credit the price you paid for the guide against the fee. Mention your receipt when you book. One credit per guide.

Limits of our responsibility

Our products are provided as is, for information and education. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they are complete or suitable for your purposes, and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or disruption arising from errors or omissions, whatever their cause, from your use of the information, from decisions of authorities, or from changes after the edition date. You use the information at your own risk, and your decisions, actions and outcomes are your own responsibility.

If we are liable to you despite this, our total liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We may transfer our rights and obligations to any successor of our business; you may not transfer yours.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any right you have as a consumer, that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud, and your rights if a file is faulty (see If a file is faulty).

Complaints, law and contact

If something is not right, please tell us first: our Complaints page explains how. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. We are not obliged to use, and do not take part in, alternative dispute resolution schemes. Contact: [email protected].
