Give your name, the email address where we should send your confirmation, and the service. Then select Confirm cancellation. Your receipt number helps us find it faster but is not required.

What Happens Next
- Straight away: you receive an email with a copy of your request and the date and time we received it.
- A service that has been fully performed (a session that has taken place or a deliverable that has been sent) can no longer be withdrawn from, as you agreed when you paid.
- This form is not for digital downloads. Your right of withdrawal ended when the download started, as you agreed at checkout. A faulty file is always replaced; email [email protected].
