Refund Policy
A short summary. The full rules are in the Terms of Service and the Digital Product Terms, which take precedence.

Planning services
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You pay | Work starts as soon as your payment is received, at your request. |
| You change your mind | Fees are not refunded. |
| The service has been fully performed (session held or deliverable sent) | Your right of withdrawal has ended, as you agreed when you paid. |
| You reschedule a session 24 hours or more before it starts | One free reschedule; no refund for a change of mind. |
| You miss a session or give less than 24 hours' notice | One new time is offered; if that is missed too, the session counts as delivered (unless it was outside your control). |
| We have to reschedule | A new time or a full refund, your choice. |
| Compass renewal | We remind you 30 days before; you can stop future renewals at any time. Renewal fees are not refunded. |

Guides and planners (downloads)
| Situation | What happens |

| You buy | Delivered immediately, at your request at checkout. |
| The download has started | Your right of withdrawal has ended, as you acknowledged at checkout. No refund for a change of mind. |
| A file is faulty, missing or does not match the description | We replace it free of charge. Your legal rights for a faulty file are not affected. |

Your statement and receipt
Payments and refunds appear on your card statement and receipt as MEGACOMMERCIALENT, the payment name of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited, of which Quantum Jetset is a digital brand.
