Who we are

Quantum Jetset is a digital brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (Company No. 726999, 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland). Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited is the controller of your personal data: it decides how and why your data is used.

The short version

• We collect only what we need to answer you, plan with you, deliver what you buy and send the Dispatch if you ask for it.
• We never sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies.
• Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and unsubscribe from any email with one click.

The personal data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, and phone (required on the free roadmap form, optional on the contact form).
• Planning information you choose to share: where you live now, countries you are considering, your timeline, the kind of income you will live on, household size, and questions you ask.
• Booking details: the answers you give when you book a call, and the time of the call.
• Purchase details: what you bought, when, the amount and the email used. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Email preferences: whether you subscribed to the Dispatch and when you confirmed.
• Technical data: your consent choices, and, only if you accept analytics cookies, how you use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Our providers also process IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

We do not ask for dates of birth, passport or ID numbers, or bank account details through our forms. You do not have to give us any personal data, but we cannot reply without an email address, we send the free roadmap only if you give your name, email address and phone number, and we cannot provide a paid service or product without the details needed to deliver it and take payment.

Sensitive information and documents

Relocation planning can involve sensitive personal context. You may choose to tell us about health, family, finances, immigration history, nationality or ancestry because it affects which destinations or routes are worth considering.

We do not ask for sensitive information unless it is relevant to your inquiry or service. If you share it, we use it only for the purpose you shared it for, such as preparing your roadmap or a call, and only with your explicit consent where the law requires it.

Please do not send copies of passports, medical records, bank statements, tax returns or legal documents unless we ask for something specific and agree a secure way to send it. Where a licensed professional needs to review documents, we will usually suggest that you send them directly to that professional rather than to us.

Quantum Jetset is not a medical provider, a law firm, a tax firm or a financial adviser.

How we collect it

• From you: when you use our contact or free roadmap form, book a call, buy a product or service, or email, call or message us. Our forms run on our own website: your answers are emailed to us through our email delivery service and are not stored in the website's database.
• Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies, as explained in our Cookie Policy, and through the security and delivery systems of our providers.
• From professionals you ask us to work with, where you authorize them to share information with us.

Why we use it and our legal basis

European data protection law requires a legal basis for each use of personal data. Ours are:

Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have balanced it against your rights; you can object at any time (section 13).

The monthly Dispatch and other emails

We send the monthly Dispatch, rule-change alerts and occasional offers only if you checked the separate, unchecked marketing box on one of our forms. We then add your email address to our mailing list by hand, recording the date you gave consent and the form you used; we keep the form email as our record of your consent. Every Dispatch has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us. Unsubscribing is as easy as signing up. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that you are never emailed again by mistake.

Our email provider records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we can see what readers find useful. You can avoid this by not loading images in your email program, or by unsubscribing.

Service emails (booking confirmations, receipts, replies to you) are sent whether or not you subscribe.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies, and analytics cookies only if you accept them in our banner. The analytics service is loaded by our own consent banner and does not run until you consent. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie Settings" at the foot of every page. Full details, including every cookie and how long it lasts, are in our Cookie Policy.

Who handles your data for us

We use the following providers ("processors") to run the site and our services. They act on our instructions under data processing terms.

Others who may receive your data

• Professionals you choose to be introduced to (for example an immigration lawyer or tax adviser): only after you authorize the introduction, and only what they need to quote. They act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
• Our own advisers (accountants, lawyers, insurers) where needed.
• Authorities where the law requires it.
• A buyer of our business, if that ever happens, under the same protections.

We do not use AI tools to make decisions about you, and we do not enter your name, contact details or personal circumstances into AI tools. See our AI Transparency Statement.

International transfers

Our website and its backups are hosted in the United States, and some other providers (our network and security, analytics, search and payment providers) process data in the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards where it is not. Our email and newsletter provider keeps data in the EU, and our booking service account uses an EU data region. You can ask us which provider and safeguard applies to a particular provider.

How long we keep it

Keeping your data safe

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), a firewall and security monitoring, access limited to the people who need it, and providers with recognized security standards. No system is completely secure; if a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the Data Protection Commission as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy (access);
• have wrong data corrected (rectification);
• have your data deleted where there is no reason for us to keep it (erasure);
• limit how we use it (restriction);
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format (portability);
• object to use based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing at any time (objection);
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before; and
• not be subject to decisions made only by automated means with legal effects on you. We make no such decisions.

Email [email protected]. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. There is no charge.

You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie) or to the data protection authority where you live. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

If you live in the United States

Several U.S. states have consumer privacy laws, such as California's CCPA. Given the size of our business, these laws may not apply to us, but we offer U.S. residents the same rights anyway:

• Right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold (section 3), where it comes from (section 5), why we use it (section 6) and who receives it (section 9).
• Right to delete and to correct your personal information.
• We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define "sell" and "share" (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), and we have not done so in the last 12 months. There is nothing to opt out of; we do not use advertising cookies.
• Sensitive personal information is used only for the purpose you gave it for, never to infer characteristics about you.
• No discrimination for using your rights.
• You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the authorization.

Age

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please tell us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our pages link to other sites, including our sister brands eTaxNexus and Financial Finest, and official government pages. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. Pages of our payment, booking and email providers that you reach through our links are covered by their own policies as well as this one.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you by email where we have your address.
