Complaints
If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right. Here is how to complain and what happens next.
How to complain
Email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line, or write to Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited (Quantum Jetset), 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland. Please include:
- your name and the email you used with us;
- the service or product, and the date of booking or purchase (your receipt helps);
- what went wrong; and
- what you would like us to do.
Please do not send passport numbers, bank details or health information.
What happens next
- Within 5 business days we acknowledge your complaint and tell you who is handling it.
- Within 30 days we reply in full: what we found, and what we will do. If we need longer, we tell you why and when you will hear from us.
- If you are not satisfied with our reply, ask for a review. The founder, Inga Barkauskaite, reviews it personally and replies within a further 30 days.
We keep a record of complaints for 3 years after they are closed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints about a professional we introduced
Lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals we introduce are independent and have their own complaints procedures and regulators. Please raise a complaint about their work with them first. Tell us too: we will help coordinate where we can, and we take it into account when deciding whether to keep introducing them.
