How is the guide different from your free Ireland page?
The page explains the rules; the guide is built for doing the work. It adds three worked household examples, a first-year cost plan, a document tracker and a month-by-month plan, the document checklists for each route, the main published income, salary and family thresholds in euros and dollars, stamp duty and property tax worked out at five prices, SARP worked at seven salaries, deadlines, a glossary and key numbers, plus the Excel workbook and the Word checklists.
How current is it?
Every rule and official figure was checked against official sources on September 25, 2026, and each is numbered to its source; the household examples use assumed incomes, labeled as such. Ireland changed its rent rules, permit salaries and several taxes in 2025 and 2026, so each edition is dated; a later edition is a new purchase. If you find an error in your file, we send a corrected copy free.
Is it legal or tax advice?
No. Quantum Jetset does not give legal, tax, immigration, financial or investment advice. The guide explains how the rules work in general and lists the questions to take to an Irish immigration lawyer and a cross-border tax adviser.
Does it tell me how much a couple needs for Stamp 0?
It tells you what ISD publishes: an individual income of €50,000 a year and a lump sum “equal to, for example, the price of a residential dwelling”, with no figure for the lump sum and no test for a couple. We do not invent one; the guide lists the questions to put to ISD in writing.
